Q: Where are you located?

~ We are located in the heart of beautiful Atlanta, Georgia


Q: What is Sacred Wells Shipping policy?

~ Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day.

~ Typical delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days - after it's shipped. During the busy fall/holiday season, and especially during COVID-19, USPS/UPS may experience delays that are out of our control.  

~ Shipping confirmation - with date & tracking details will be sent when the order is dispatched. 

~ Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes may not be reflected in your original shipping confirmation email.

 

Q: What is Sacred Wells Return policy?

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a product or products because you don't like the fragrance. We will do our best to provide detailed fragrance descriptions on the individual product page as well as our scent list. 


Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging items for shipment - but if any damage is found on arrival - please advise sacredwellscc@gmail.com with photo evidence of product and original packaging  within 2 days of receipt

 

Q: What are Sacred Wells shipping rates?

~ We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 or more, which means the more things you buy shipping is no cost to you!  

~ We offer $6.00 Flat rate Standard U.S. Shipping on orders under $50. ($3.00 Flat rate for orders under $10). 


Q: Where do we ship?

~ Currently we are only shipping within United States. With plans to expand. 

Q: What if my package is lost? 

Once the package has left our shop, Sacred Wells Candle Company cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we still want you to have the best experience possible, so we are here to help! 

Please contact the carrier that was used for your order and see if they have any insight on the whereabouts of your package. If they are unable to assist, please email us at sacredwellscc@gmail.com so we can work with you on resolving this issue. 

Q: Do we offer local delivery? 

~ Yes we do! If you are within 20 miles of Metro Atlanta, we can bring your order to you. Contact-less Delivery instructions can be arranged to ensure that all social distancing safety precautions are taken for both parties.


Q: Can I ship to someone other than myself? 

~ Absolutely! We would love to be part of surprising someone special in your life! Just fill out the shipping details for the recipient at check out!  If you wish to include a message you can send us an email at sacredwellscc@gmail.com

 

Q: Will my candle still burn properly if it looks like their is a wet spot or frosting on my candle? 

~ ABSOLUTELY!! Soy based waxes have the  tendency to expand or contract within the jar which may lead to imperfections. Some frosting or wet spots may occur to the candle in transit and after burning, which is perfectly normal & will have no effect on the performance of the candle.
